Simple, secure payment

We want paying for your order to be quick and worry-free. This page explains how payments work at Keezeg — what methods we accept, how charges are timed, and what to do if something doesn't go through.

How you can pay

At checkout, you can pay with a major credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or with PayPal.

Credit & debit cards

Card payments are processed through an encrypted, secure checkout. We don't see or store your full card number — that information is handled by our payment processor, not saved on our own systems.

PayPal

Choosing PayPal at checkout takes you to PayPal's own secure payment page. You can pay from your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card linked to your PayPal account.

Authorization & charging

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the order total — this confirms funds are available. For card payments, the charge is typically completed around the time your order ships. PayPal payments are usually authorized and charged at the same time.

Keeping your payment info safe

All payment pages use encrypted (SSL) connections. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields, not stored on our servers, and PayPal transactions happen entirely on PayPal's own platform.

If something doesn't go through

Declined payments

A decline is usually caused by a typo in card details, a billing address mismatch, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging the transaction. Double-check your details first, then check with your bank or PayPal if the issue continues — our support team can help you troubleshoot too.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. PayPal refunds are usually visible within a few business days; card refunds can take longer to show up, depending on your bank. We'll email you once a refund has been processed on our end.

Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. If you're paying from outside that currency's region, your card issuer or PayPal will convert it at their own exchange rate. Any applicable taxes or fees are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
